Have you received your order and wish to return it?

Within 10 (ten) working days from receiving the goods, send an email to the address onlinestore@niuwheels.it stating that you wish to go back on your purchase and attaching the RETURN FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL that you can download here.
The return, together with a copy of the RETURN FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL, must be sent to our logistics centre at the following address:

The goods must be returned undamaged and duly packaged in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
By law, the shipping costs for returns are the Customer’s responsibility. Customers can choose the carrier or postal service to be used for the return. We recommend Customers use a service offering tracing of the goods so that receipt at our warehouse can be verified. NIU shall not be responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
Returns of orders purchased from www.niuwheels.it can never be returned to NIU retailers but must be sent as previously stated.
As soon as we receive the returned goods, our warehouse shall check them and open a return file. Then, within 30 working days from receiving the return, a refund shall be issued to the Customer’s credit card or Paypal account according to the method originally used to pay for the goods.
